About the Artist

My goal is to make Little bears with Big personality! Each one seems to come alive with irresistable charm as he or she is being made. I want to give people joy when they look at them, and get a smile in return. :)

I am 23, have a wonderful husband, and a naughty cat (I love them both) and have been creating things for as long as I can remember. I even got in trouble in kindergarten for having "too much" imagination. I started sewing stuffed animals and clothes when I was eight, and have been at it ever since. I didn't start making bears, though, until 2000. I bought a miniature teddy bear kit, but I never made it. Instead I started designing my own, making them smaller and smaller till I was happy with them. I'm thankful for that kit, though. It was great fabric!

My mom, Sharon Wall, is an Amazing artist and mother. She always provived me with art and craft supplies when I was little and let me go wild! She paints the most wonderful paintings--full size AND miniature. We are going to be working on her website now, and soon I hope to have a link to it here.
